    Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST not including holidays.

  • What are your service times by product?

    • At Marathon, our goal is to efficiently complete every order with the care and quality your images deserve. Our service times are based on the average production time required to meet that goal.
    • For online orders, you will be notified by text and/or email when the order is complete and ready for pick up, or has been shipped.
    • Service times are based on business days and do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. These times are considered guidelines and actual production times may vary based on the time of day the order was placed and the quantity ordered. Busy seasonal times may also cause a variance in production times.

      Thank you for your purchase. Since each of our products is specially made with your custom text and images, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do however, stand behind our workmanship and the materials used to create your product and are committed to making sure you enjoy your product.

      Damage During Shipping
      Your items are always treated with the utmost care and lovingly wrapped and packaged to arrive safely at your door. If for some reason your item does arrive damaged, please keep all of the packaging and contents and contact one of our Account Representatives right away. Please also include a photo of the damage so we can do our best to get your item replaced as soon as we can.

      Reprints
      We are very proud of our work and the products we produce. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact an Account Representative, and we will be happy to work with you on a solution.

      Order Changes and Cancellations
      Your order is sent to the press seconds after it is completed. There are some instances where we have the ability to change or cancel your order. If you find an error. please contact an Account Representative immediately to find out if there is anything that can be done.
